Phillip challenged us this week to spend 15 minutes alone each day, away from
electronics, TV and people. We were to use this time to be alone with our
thoughts and to just think.
I found myself having a very hard time to find 15 minutes on Monday it was also
very hard to spend 15 minutes alone. I am so used to listening to music all day
long. I did try and find the time nearly every day. I enjoyed it so much. It was
very nice to be alone with my thoughts and just relax.
I challenge you to continue to find time to spend by yourself. It is very
important for us to find that time.
